Belongings Responsibility: The institute is not liable for any loss or damage to students’ personal belongings.

Vehicle Security: Students must securely lock their motor vehicles while parking on campus. The administration is not responsible for any loss or damage.

Class Schedule Changes: The institute reserves the right to modify class schedules or rearrange classes as necessary.

Class Cancellations: All classes are subject to cancellation, and students will have the option to enroll in an alternative class or receive a full refund. Disruptive behavior may result in a student’s removal from the class.

Admission Form Accuracy: Candidates are responsible for accurately filling out their admission forms. Any errors in spelling or information are the candidate’s responsibility.

Information Access: Once enrolled, students can obtain any necessary information from the Administration Department, eliminating the need to contact the Information Office.

Course Payment and Installments: Full course payment is due upon registration. An installment plan is available, requiring 40% of the total course fee at the time of registration, with the remaining balance payable in up to two installments. All payments must be completed within 45 days from the date of admission.

Late Payment Fee:Failure to pay the course fee within the specified time frame will result in a late payment fee, which is 500 PKR per day after the due date.

Course Deadline for International Courses: For NEBOSH IGC Course, students must book their exam within 3 months tenure after the commencement of their training session. After 3 months, re-registration fee will be applied which is Rs.30, 000 PKR.If your fee remains unpaid for 6 months (from the time of admission), your registration will be cancelled, your previously paid fee will be forfeited.

Exam Bookings: Registration can be confirmed only up to 55 days before the examination date, subject to the condition that all classes have been completed, the mock test has been successfully attempted, and all outstanding fees have been fully paid and cleared.

Attendance Requirement: Candidates must attend the training sessions with a minimum of 80% attendance to be eligible for the examination. If the required attendance is not achieved, the candidate will not be registered for the exam. In such cases, the candidate will be required to attend the training again and pay training fee of PKR 30,000 to retake the classes.

Formative Assessments and Mock Tests: For NEBOSH IGC course, participation and qualifying in formative assessments, quizzes, and mock tests are mandatory as required by NEBOSH to proceed to exam bookings.

International Course Standards and Fees: International courses adhere to standards set by international bodies. Fees for such courses are subject to revision based on factors including increase in course fee by international bodies, economic conditions and currency exchange rates.

Hostel: Students are required to a monthly fee of 6000 for residence.

No Refund Policy: All course fees, including the application fee and associated charges, are non-refundable. By submitting the admission form and making payment, you acknowledge and accept the institute’s no refund policy.
