  • Personal Belongings Responsibility:
    The institute shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to students’ personal belongings while on campus.
  • Vehicle Security:
    Students must properly lock and secure their motor vehicles while parked on campus. The administration is not liable for any loss or damage.
  • Class Schedule Modifications:
    The institute reserves the right to change, modify, or rearrange class schedules whenever required.
  • Class Cancellation & Discipline:
    All classes are subject to cancellation. In case of cancellation, students may enroll in an alternative class or receive a full refund. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class.
  • Admission Form Accuracy:
    Candidates are responsible for ensuring all information provided in the admission form is accurate. Any spelling mistakes or incorrect details are the candidate’s responsibility.
  • Information Access:
    After enrollment, students may obtain all required information from the Administration Department. There is no need to contact the Information Office.
  • Course Fee & Installment Policy:
    Full course payment is due at the time of registration. An installment option is available, requiring 40% payment at registration and the remaining amount payable in up to two installments within 45 days of admission.
  • Late Payment Charges:
    Failure to pay fees within the agreed time frame will result in a late payment charge of PKR 500 per day after the due date.
  • International Course Fee Deadline:
    If fees remain unpaid for 2 months after the due date, a re-registration fee of PKR 30,000 will apply. If unpaid for 6 months from admission, registration will be cancelled and previously paid fees will be forfeited.
  • Exam Booking Policy:
    Students may book exams for international courses only after clearing all outstanding dues. Late payments may delay exam bookings.
  • Certificate Collection:
    Certificates must be collected within 20 days of arrival. The institute is not responsible for certificates lost after this period.
  • Attendance Requirement:
    A minimum attendance of 80% is mandatory to qualify for exam bookings.
  • NEBOSH IGC Assessments:
    Participation and successful completion of formative assessments, quizzes, and mock tests are mandatory as per NEBOSH requirements.
  • International Course Standards & Fees:
    International courses follow standards set by international bodies. Fees are subject to change due to economic conditions, exchange rates, or revisions by awarding bodies.
  • Hostel Facility:
    Students opting for hostel accommodation must pay a monthly residence fee of PKR 6,000.
  • No Refund Policy:
    All course fees, including application and associated charges, are non-refundable. Submission of the admission form and payment confirms acceptance of this policy.
